  • How can I attend iREX?

    Visitor registration is now available on the the official website of iREX. (https://irex.nikkan.co.jp/)
    Click "Visitor Registraiton" from the top page and proceed with the process.


    After completing visitor registration, please log in your "My Page".
    Click "Admission Pass Issuance", print out the pass, and bring it with you to the venue.
    If you cannot print it out, show the admission QR code on smartphone or tell your registered information at the reception in the venue. 


    If you prefer not to register in advance, you may attend iREX by paying the admission fee (JPY 1,000) at the reception desk at the venue.



    Visitors who are junior high school students or younger are not required to register or pay an admission fee.

  • I need a visa to participate in (or visit) iREX.
    If you are an overseas exhibitor or visitor who requires a visa, please note that all arrangements—including the preparation and submission of necessary documents—must be handled at your own responsibility.If a letter from the organizer is required for your visa application, please be aware that we do not issue letters of invitation or letters of guarantee as defined by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.The organizer assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from a visa not being issued by a Japanese embassy or consulate, including cases where an applicant is unable to exhibit.
  • Is press registration available?

    Yes, press registration is available.
    Please send an email to the press registration address (irex2025_press@fullhouse.jp) to complete your registration.
    Kindly include the necessary information such as media name, contact person’s details, and planned visiting date(s).

  • How can I get the admission pass?

    After completing visitor registration, please log in your "My Page".

    Click "Admission Pass Issuance", print out the pass, and bring it with you to the venue.


    If you cannot print it out, show the admission QR code on smartphone or tell your registered information at the reception in the venue. 


  • Is visitor registration necessary per person?

    Yes. Please register for admission per person.

    Group registration is not available.


    *The same e-mail address cannot be used for multiple registrations with different visitor names

    *Registration is not necessary for those who are under 16 years old. 

  • Is visitor registration necessary for each concurrent exhibition/online exhibition?

    No. Once registered, you can attend all concurrent exhibitions.

    You can also enter/access the online exhibition with your registered ID and Password.

  • Is visitor registration necessary for children?

    Registration is not necessary for those who are under 16 years old. 

    Admission stickers for children are handed out at reception desks at the venue. Please put the sticker on their clothes.

  • How much is the admission fee?

    JPY 1,000.

    However, this is for those who do not register.

    The admission fee is not necessary for those who registered for admission.


    *Registration/admission fee is not necessary for those who are under 16 years. 

  • Is group registration available? (We would like to register as a group.)

    No. Please register individually.

    Group registration is not available.

    *The same email address cannot be used for multiple registrations under different visitor names.

    *Registration is not required for visitors under the age of 16.

  • Can I check exhibitor information without registration?

    Yes. You can check the highlights and basic information of each exhibitor on the "Exhibitor Search" without registration.

    However, registration is necessary for viewing their online booths.

  • I did not receive a registration completion email.

    The following causes are possible


    1. The email may have been sorted into the spam folder.

    Please check your spam folder. The registration completion email is sent from “regist@nikkan.tech”.


    2. Mistyped the email address may have been registered.

    Please register again with a correct email address.

    If necessary, please whitelist the domain @nikkan.tech in your email settings.

    *The same e-mail address cannot be used for multiple registrations


    3. It may be due to the security system of your company/organization.

    Please register again using a different email address (Gmail, etc.) that is not affected by your company or organization's security system.

  • How can I attend forums and seminars at the venue?

    Reservation is required in advance. 

    Click on the "Forum/Seminar" and you will find the application button from each program page.


    *Reservation at the venue on the day of forums and seminars will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis only if seats are available 

  • How can I cancel my reservation for a lecture, seminar, or webinar?

    After logging in, click "My Page", "Lecture Seminar & Reservation Status", and cancel your reservation.

  • What is the best viewing environment of iREX Website?

    The latest versions of the following browsers are recommended.

    *Internet Explorer is not supported. 

  • I left/lost something at the venue

    Please visit the secretariat office (Near East Hall 2 entrance, Near West 1 Hall entrance, Near West 3 Hall Entrance).
